Our skippers from Highlander team are certified by the International Rafting Federation. A jewel among the world's natural heritage sites, Tara River offers the largest canyon in Europe. The river runs along the border with Montenegro and is 140 kilometers full of natural wonders. The 1,300-meter-deep canyon has created some of the best rafting and kayaking routes in Europe. This natural paradise and protected area has a long tradition of extreme water sports and also offers easy family trips that can appeal to a wide range of outdoor enthusiasts.
While you can arrive on the morning of the rafting trip, we recommend traveling to Foča already in the afternoon of the previous day and spending the night on the banks of the Tara River. In this case, our package includes an overnight stay in one of our bungalows in the canyon, as well as dinner and breakfast.
