No! On the contrary, it's very easy. You just have to be careful and accelerate slowly. Our guide will explain everything to you before you set off.

Are children allowed to ride on the quad?
Of course, but only one child per vehicle. The minimum age for children is six years.

What is the age limit for driving?
18+ and a valid class B driving license.

Who rents the ATV quads?
The lessor is the commercial company TMV doo, whose business activities include, among others, the rental of vehicles (QUAD/TRACTOR).

What do I get when I rent?
The contracting parties confirm that the vehicle being rented is in perfect condition and without damage, with valid license plates.

The lessor hands over the vehicle to the renter with a full tank (Euro Super) and also hands over: the vehicle key, the registration certificate, the liability insurance policy, a basic tool set and two helmets.

How long is the rental agreement valid?
This contract is concluded for a specific period of time. At the end of this period, the renter must return the vehicle to the lessor in perfect condition, with a full tank (Euro Super) and with all the equipment taken over. The equipment is detailed in Article 2 of this contract.

How much is the rental fee for the ATV Quad?
The rental fee for the vehicle is agreed according to the current price list displayed in the office of TMV doo.

If the renter does not return the vehicle within the time agreed in Article 3 of this contract, a fee of 50.00 KM + VAT will be charged for each hour of delay.

What happens in the event of a dispute?
Any dispute arising from this contract will be attempted to be resolved amicably by the parties. If this is not possible, the jurisdiction of the Livno District Court is agreed.
